McMahon has been painting for many years and excels in all mediums. She works primarily in oils and studied with
the best known artists of this day, including Ray Vinella, Quang Ho, Doug Dawson, and Kevin Weckback. McMahon's
collectors reside all over the world, including Japan, Europe, Canada, and many of the US States. She has shown
artwork in a special exhibition in Soho NY, and painted on site in NY Central Park, Europe, Mexico, Canada, Bermuda,
the Caribbean, and many US States.
McMahon has won Best of Show at the Estes Park Colorado Plein Air Competition (2005), and has exhibited in the Ronald
Reagan Museum and Library in Simi Valley, California.
